ORDINANCE NO. 8868
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC
AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR AND PURCHASE CERTAIN
SUPPLIES FOR USE BY THE CITY POUND, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for and purchase
from the lowest bidder the following supplies for use by the
City Pound Division of the Health Department of the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas:
600 Bottles 50cc Vaccine
24 Dozen Bottles Isopropyl Alcohol
12 one -pound Rolls of Non- Sterilized Cotton.
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage and
approval.
