AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD
OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, 'TAKE BIDS FOR AND
PURCHASE PARTS FOR A SWEEPER FOR USE BY THE STREET
CLEANING DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK AT
A COST NOT TO EXCEED THE SUM OF THREE HUNDRED AND
FIFTY DOLLARS (4350.00), AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for and
purchase parts for a sweeper for use by the Street Cleaning
Department of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
SECTION 2. The cost of such parts shall not
exceed the sum of Three Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($350.00).
SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
