f AN ORDINANCE AI.:ENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420, WAIVING
YARD SPACE REQUIRFTIENTS AS TO THE EAST (501)FIFTY
FEET OF LOTS 17 AND 18, BLOCK k, MASONIC ADDITION
TO. TER -CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES:

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 5420 is hereby amended
by waiving Lot area requirements as provided in Section 13 as to
the East (501) Fifty feet, of Lots 17 and 18, Block 4, Masonic
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and unless the provi-
sions of this ordinance are put into effect immediately, the
— $public peace, health and safety of the citizens of Little Rock
I
will be adversely affected, therefore, an emergency is hereby
declared to exist, and this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
