AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING STREET I1�TPROVEI %'_E,17
DISTRICT NO • 5.93 OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARIU-INSAS .
,,HEREAS, parties claiminu to be the owners of more than
two- thirds in assessed value ol the real property located within
the territory hereinafter described have filed a petition prayinj;
that an improvement district be estal- .)fished for the purposes
hereinafter set out; and
Vu'HEREAS, after due notice as required by law, the City
Council of the City of Little Rock, 1..rkansas, has heard all parties
desiring to be heard, and has ascertained that said petition was
signed by more than two- thirds in assessed value of the owners of
real property within said territory;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDATITED by the City Council of
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas:
Section 1. There is hereb,T established an improvement
district embracing the following property in the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, to -wit;
Lots 8, 9 and 10;
Lots 15 to 21, inclusive; and
Lot "A ", all in Westover Hills Addition
to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas;
Lots 1 to 24, inclusive, of Kavanaugh Place,
an Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas;
Lots 1, 21 3, 10, 11 and 12, =dock 3;
Lots 1, 2 and 3. Block 4;
All in Forest Park Addition to the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas;
Lots 1, 2, 3, 8 and 9 of Caseyts Subdivision
to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas;
for the purpose of grading, draining, curbing, guttering and paving
in such a manner and with such materials as the commissioners,to be
elected for the said improvement district shall deem to be for the
best interest of said district, the following parts of the following
streets in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, to -wit:
KAVANAUGH BOULEVARD from the ;Test line of McKinley
Street to the 'Sest line of Meadowlane Drive;
t'R" STREET from the Nest boundary line of Forest
Park Addition.to the City of Little Rock, thence
westwardly and in a curve to the north to its
junction with 1ieadowlane Drive;
11EADOWLANE DRIVE from the Nest line of Hughes
Street, thence eastwardly and in a curve to the
north to the South line of Kavanaugh Boulevard; and

All that part of HUGHES STREET lying within the
corporate limits of the City of Little Rock from
the South line of P,Teadowlane Drive to the South line,
projected West, of Lot 24, Kavanaugh Place, an Addition
to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas;
and that the cost thereof, over and above any aid received from any
agency of the federal or city government, be assessed and charged
upon the real property above described; provided, the liability of
each lot or tract of land shall be limited to its assessed benefits.
Said District..shall'be known as Street Improvement
District No. '593 , and Thomas T. Ramsey, Alfred B. Carter,
Jr., and'Iffilliam H. Esslinger, Jr., are hereby named commissioners,
who shall compose the Board of Improvement for said District.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
