BE IT ORDAINED 3Y THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
j SECTION 1. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to
ascertain the period of time served by Alderman Sims as Rayor of
the City of Little Rock, and to compute his compensation as Mayor
on the basis as the salary paid the T -Iayor of the City of Little
Rock. That any sums received during; this period by Alderman. Sims
in his capacity as Alderman of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
shall be deducted therefrom.
SECTION 2. That the City Council hereby appropriates
such sums of money as the City Clerk may determine is due Alder-
man Sims as provided for in this ordinance.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk and the ITayor are here-
by directed to issue a warrant for such sums as will compensate
Alderman Sims for his services as I,ayor.
SECTION !i. That this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval.
