AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SUBSECTION (c) I OF
SECTION 44 OF ORDINANCE NO. 5876 OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Subsection (c) 1 of Section 44
of Ordinance No. 5876 of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
is hereby amended to include Chester Street as a boulevard
or through street from Markham Street to Roosevelt Road.
SECTION 2. An emergency is hereby declared
to exist and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
