AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS
($100.00) TO PAY THE C K. RADIO COMPANY OF
NORTH LITTLE ROCK FOR RADIO SERVICE DURING THE
PERIOD JULY 6 TO JULY 20, 1952, DIRECTING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO ISSUE THE CITY'S
WARRANT THEREFOR, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The sum of One Hundred Dollars
($100.00) 16 hereby appropriated to pay the C. K. Radio
Company of North Little Rook for radio service during
the period July 6 to dilly 20, 1952.
SECTION 2. The M yor and the City Clerk are
hereby directed to issue the City's warrant in the sum of
One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) to pay said C. K. Radio
Company of North Little Rock for this radio service.
SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed,
and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
