AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $2,000.00 FROM THE STREET
FUNDS TO COMPLETE THE GILLAM PARK ROAD FROM HIGHWAY 65 TO THE
PARK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the sum of $2,000.00 for the Purchase
of Road Materials to complete the Gillam Park Road from Highway 65
to the Park is hereby appropriated from the Street Funds.
SECTION 2. That all Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this Ordinance shall be
in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
