AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF FIVE
HUNDRED DOLLARS (4500.00) TO PAY THE
MEMBERSHIP FEE OF. THE MAYOR OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK IN THE UNITED STATES CONFERENCE
OF MAYORS, DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND THE CITY
CLERK TO ISSUE THE CITY'S WARRANT THEREFOR,
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the sum of Five Hundred
Dollars ($500.00) be and it is hereby appropriated for
payment of the membership fee of the Mayor of Little
Rock in the United States Conference of Mayors.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor and the City
Clerk of the City of Little Rock are hereby authorized
and directed to issue the City's warrant in payment of
said membership fee.
SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed,
and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
