ORDINANCE NO. 8972
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD
OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR AND
PURCHASE ONE (1) RADIO TRANSMITTER AND RECEIVING
SET AND TWO (2) MONITOR RECEIVING SETS FOR THE
USE OF THE LITTLE ROCK.POLICE DEPARTMENT, AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for and
purchase one (1) Radio Transmitter and Receiving Set for use
in automobile and two (2) Monitor Receiving Sets for use in
the base station of the Police Department, all of said equip-
ment to be used by the Police Department of the City of
Little Rock, at a tot - 1 :,esost not to exceed the sum of One
Thousand Dollars ($1,000 4j.
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of-ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after alts passage
and approval.
