AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR AND
PURCHASE THREE HUNDRED AND SEVENTY (370) STREET SIGNS,
AT A TOTAL COST NOT TO EXCEED THE S V4 OF NINE HUNDRED
DOLLARS 0 $900.00) AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby authorized
and directed to advertise, take bids for and purchase three
hundred and seventy (370) street signs, at a total cost not to
exceed the sum of tine Hundred Dollars ($900.00)0
SECTION 2. 'All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
