AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE
BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE
BIDS FOR AND PURCHASE SEVENTY -FIVE (75)
STREET -SIGN MARKERS, THE COST OF WHICH IS
NOT TO EXCEED THE SUM OF FOUR HUNDRED
DOLLARS ($400.00), AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs
is hereby authorized and requested to advertise, take bids
for and purchase seventy -five (75) signs for use in marking
a truck route as established in Ordinance No. 8951, the
cost of said signs not to exceed the sum of Four Hundred
Dollars ($400.00) .
SECTION 2. All ordinances or' parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed,
and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
