AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING THE NORTH ONE -HALF () OF LOT EIGHT (8) AND
ALL OF LOT NINE (9), BLOCK NINE (9), CENTENNIAL ADDITION TO THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE 1-10. 5420 AS AMENDED AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the North one -half (1) of Lot eight (8) and all
of Lot nine (9), Block nine (9), Centennial Addition to the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, being 1312 Wolfe Street, heretofore classified
and zoned as "C" Two - Family District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance
No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby
declared to be in "D" Apartment District under the terms of said Zoning
Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the.
reclassification and rezoning of the said North one -half (�) of Lot
e 1 of Lvt -name (9), Block nine (9), Centennial Addition
bo the City of Little Rook, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof,
said property to be hereafter known and classified as being in the "D"
Apartment District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
