AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOTS FIVE (5) AND SIX (6), BLOCK EIGHT (8),
PFEIFER ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE
NO. 5420 AS AMENDED AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.,
SECTION 1. That Lots five (5) and six (6). Block eight (8), Pfeifer
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 5000 and 5002 West
Markham Street, heretofore classified and zoned as "B" Residence District
under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 51.20, is hereby rezoned and
reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be in "D" Apartment
District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the said Lots five (5) and six (6).
Block eight (8), Pfeifer Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,

and classified as being in the "D” Apartment District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
