AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC
AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND PURCHASE THE
NECESSARY MATERIALS FOR RE- ROMING THE CITY LIGHT PLANT
LOCATED AT THE FOOT CF BROADWAY STREET, FOR USE BY THE
ELECTRIC DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES*
BE IT OMAINED BY THE C ITT COUNCIL OF THE CITY Off' LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS s
SECTION 1, The Board of Public Affairs is hereby authorized and
directed to advertise, take bids for and purchase the necessary materials
for re- roofing the City Light Plant, located at the foot of Broadway Street,
for use by the Electric Department of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
SECTION 2. The cost of such materials shall not exceed the sum of
four hundred dollars ($400.00).
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict here-
with are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
