ORDINANCE NO. 8985
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE
BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE
BIDS FOR AND ENTER INTO A CONTRACT TO PURCHASE
LIGHT BULBS AS THEY MAY BE NEEDED BY THE CITY
FROM SEPTEMBER 20, 1952, TO SEPTEMBER 20, 1953,
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is
hereby authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for
and enter into a contract to purchase one year's supply of
light bulbs as they may be needed by the City of Little Rock
from September 202 1952, to September 20, 1953.
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and
this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval.
