AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOTS ONE (1), TWO (2), AND THE NORTH ONE -HALF
(J) OF LOT THREE (3), BLOCK TWENTY -ONE (21), ORIGINAL CITY OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 51+20 AS AMENDED; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Lots one (1), two (2), and the North one -half ()
of Lot three (3), Block twenty -one (21), Original City of the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, being 1301 Scott Street, heretofore classified
and zoned as "E" Apartment District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance
No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby
declared to be in "F" Commercial District under the terms of said
Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the said Lots one (1), two (2), and
the'North one -half (z) of Lot three (3), Block twenty -one (21), Original
City of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1
hereof, said property to be hereafter known and classified as being in
the "F" Commercial District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
