AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF' SIX THOUSAND
TWO HUNDRED AND EIGHTEEN DOLLARS AND SIXTY CENTS
($6,218.60) FOR THE PURCHASE OF FIVE (5) MOTORCYCLES
AND TWO (2) SERVI -CARS FOR THE USE OF THE POLICE
DEPARTMENT; AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 8946 TO CONFORM
HERETO; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the sum of Six Thousand Two
Hundred and Eighteen Dollars and Sixty Cents (6,218.60) be
and it is hereby appropriated for the purchase of five (5)
! motorcycles and two (2) servi -cars for use by the Police

Department of the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor and the City Clerk
of the City of Little Rock are hereby authorized and directed
to issue the City's warrant in the sum of Six Thousand Two
Hundred and Eighteen Dollars and Sixty Cents ($6,218.60) for
the purchase of said motorcycles and servi -cars.
SECTION 3. That Ordinance No. 8946 is hereby
amended to conform with the provisions of this ordinance.
SECTION 4. All ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
