AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE BOARD
OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR AND
CONTRACT FOR, ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, THE SERVICES OF TOWING AND STORING AUTOMO-
BILES, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and directed to advertise, take bids for and con-
tract on behalf of the City of Little Rock for the services
of towing and storing automobiles impounded and ordered to be
taken off the streets by the Police Department of the City of
Little Rock.
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
