AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REWESTING THE BOARD
OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO_ADVBRTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR AND
PURCHASE TWO MONTHS ATJON SUPPLY FOR USE BY
THE LITTLE ROCK POLICE DEPARTMENT, SAID SUPPLY NOT
TO EXCEED THE SUM OF THREE HUNDRED AND.FIFTY
DOLURS (4350.00), AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for and
purchase a two - months supply of ammunition for use by the
Police Department of the City of Little Rock, said supply
not to exceed the sum of Three Hundred and Fifty Dollars
3350-00-
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances
n conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this
ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval.
