AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE,- TAKE BIDS FOR AND PURCHASE
A NEW CAR FOR USE IN THE MILK AND DAIRY DIVISION OF THE
HEALTH DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK AT A TOTAL
COST NOT TO EXCEED THE SUM OF FOURTEEN HUNDRED DOLLARS
($ 1400.00) , AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTIQN 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for and
purchase a new car for use in the Milk and Dairy Division of
the Health Department of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, at
a total cost not to exceed the sum of Fourteen Hundred Dollars
($1400.00).
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are "herab! repealedt_ and this ordinance
