9030ORDINANCE N0. 9030 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR AND PURCHASE NOT OVER ONE HUNDRED (100) STREET —SIGN MARKERS, THE COST OF WHICH IS NOT TO EXCEED THE SUM OF SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS ($600.00), AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for and purchase not over one hundred (100) signs for use in marking the established City Truck Routes as established by Ordinance. The cost of said signs not to exceed the stun of Six Hundred Dollars (600.00). SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
