9042AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOT FIVE (5), BLOCK THREE HUNDRED FOURTEEN
(314), ORIGINAL CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.
5420 AS AMENDED; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE"CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Lot five (5), Block three hundred fourteen (314),
Original City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 1519 Pulaski Street, here-
tofore classified and zoned as "C" Two - Family District under the terms
of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and
the game is hereby declared to be in "D" Apartment District under the
terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and :made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the said Lot fiv8 (5). Block three
hundred fourteen (314), Original City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as
outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter known and
classified as being in the "D" Apartment District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
