AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING AND WAIVING FRONT YARD SPACE REQUIREMENTS ON
LOT SIX (6), BLOCK FIVE (5), SIDNEY J. JOHNSON'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5.420 AS AMENDED; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Lot six (6), Block five (5), Sidney J. Johnson's
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 4323 West 13th Street,
heretofore classified and zoned as "B" Residence District under the
terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified
and the same is hereby declared to be in "C" Two- Family District under
the terms of said Zoning Ordinance, and a waiver of front yard space
requirements is hereby granted, provided that the waiver of front yard
space shall not extend beyond one and a half (1'j) feet of the present
building line.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of Lot six (6). Block five (5), Sidney J.
Johnson's Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in
Section 1 hereof; said property to be hereafter known and classified as
being in "C" Two Family District and with front yard space requirements
waived as provided in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
