SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby authorized
and directed to advertises take bids for and purchase one carload
(approximately 100) 30 foot# Class 7, creosoted pine poles, for use
by the Electric Department of the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 2. The cost of such poles as described in Section 1
hereof shall not exceed the sum of $1,10O.O(% one thousand one hundred
dollars.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in con.
flict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in
full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
