ORDINANCE NO. 9071
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOT SEVEN (7), BLOCK SIX (6), FERNDALE ADDI-
TION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420
AS AMENDED: AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Lot seven (7).. Block six (6), Ferndale Addition
to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 2724 West 7th Street, hereto-
fore classified and zoned as "B" Residence District under the terms of
Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the
same is hereby declared to be in "F" Commercial District under the terms
of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the said Lot seven (7), Block six (6),
Ferndale Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in
Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter known and classified as
being in the "F" Commercial District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
