AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING A SUM OF MNEr NOT
TO EXCEED THRBB THOUSAND DOLLARS ($3 :000.00)
FOR BLACK- TOPPING A ROAD RUNNING THROUGH
ALLSOPP PARK, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL aP.:THE CITY OF LITTLE
NOW, AMMUS:
SECTION 1. That there is hereby appropriated
a sum of money not to exceed Three Thousand Dollars
( #3,000.00) for the purpose of black- topping a road
running trough Allsopp Park.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and
this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval.
