AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC.AFFAIRS TO By= INTO A CONTRACT WITS AN
ARCSETECT.T0 MkW PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR A
PAVILION Ili ALT OPP PARK, DIRECTING THE S ' MISSION
OF SAID CONTRACT TO THS.CITY COUNCIL FOR RATMCATION
THEREOF, AND FOR OTEM PURPOSES.
BE IT OBDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs In hereby
authorized and requested to enter.into a contract with an
architect to draw plans and specifications for a pavilions in
Allsopp Park.
SECTION 2. That the contract entered into by the
Board of Public Affairs with an architect for plans for a
pavilion in Allsopp Park shall be submitted to the Little Rock
City Council " for ratification thereof.
SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
