PARK IN.A000RDANCE WITH PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS.DRAWN

THE LITTLE ROCK. CITY COUNCIL. FOR . RATIFICATION, AND FOR
- MIM : PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCS,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for and enter
into a contract for the construction of a pavilion in Allsopp
Park according to plans and specifications drawn therefor by
an architect.
SECTION 2. That the contract for the construction
of a pavilion in Allsopp Park shall be submitted to the Little
Rock City Council for the ratification thereof.
SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
