AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC
AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND PURCHASE THREE (3)
FOUR 71AY BEACON LIGHTS AND THREE (3) MOTOR FLASHING SWITCHES,
FOR USE OF POLICE DEPARTLENT OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1, The Board of Public Affairs is hereby authorized and directed
to advertise, take bids for and purchase three(3) four -way beacon lights and
three (3) motor flashing switches, for use by the Police Department of the
City of Little Rock. Said beacon lights to be installed at the intersections
of Markham and Van Buren Streets, Twelfth and Fair Park Boulevard Streets
and Thirteenth and Woodrow Streets.
SECTION 2. The cost of such beacon lights and motor flashing switches
shall not exceed seven hundred and fifty dollars ($750.00).
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval.
