Ali ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE INTERSECTION
OF HIGHWAY NO. 10 AND COOLWOOD DRIVE, COOLWOOD ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE, NO. 5420 AS AMENDED: AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the southeast corner of the intersection of Highway
No. 10 and Coolwood Drive, Coolwood Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, more particularly described as beginning at the southeast corner
of the S2 SF4 SW-,', Section 33, Township 2 North, Range 12 West; thence N 0
degrees 28 minutes east 147.1' to the south right -of -way line of State
Highway No. 10; thence north 65 degrees 12 minutes west along the south
right -of -way line of State Highway No. 10 to the point of intersection
of said Highway No. 10 and Coolwood Drive; thence southwesterly along
Coolwood Drive to the northeast corner of Lot 28 Coolwood Addition to
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas; thence southeasterly 107.76' to a
point on the south boundary line of Coolwood Addition, 6 feet east of
the southeast corner of said Lot 28; thence easterly along the south
boundary line of Coolwood Addition to the point of beginning, heretofore
classified and zoned as "B" Residence District under the terms of Zoning
Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is
hereby declared to be in. "D" Apartment District under the terms of said
Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the z -oning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of that property as outlined in Section 1
hereof, said property to be hereafter known and classified as being in
the "D" Apartment District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
