ORDINANCE NO. 9083
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOT SEVEN (7), BLOCK THREE (3), EVERETT'S
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.
5420 AS AMENDED: AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1.
That Lot
seven
(7), Block
three
(3),
Everett's Addi-
tion to the City
of Little
Rock,
Arkansas,
being
3513
Asher Avenue,
heretofore classified and zoned as "B" Residence District under the
terms of Loning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified
and the same is hereby declared to be in "C" Two — Family District under
the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning leap thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the said Lot seven (7), Block three
(3), Everett's Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined
in Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter known and classified
as being in the "C" Two — Family District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
