AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING THE WEST 100 FEET OF LOTS FOUR (4), FI'E (5),
AND SIX (6), BLOCK THREE HUNDRED FOUR (304), ORIGINAL CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, EXCEPT THE WEST 32 FEET OF LOT SIX (6), AND THE WEST 32
FEET OF THE SOUTH 43.5 FEET OF LOT FIVE (5) THEREOF, AND LOTS ONE (1),
TWO (2), AND THREE (3), BLOCK THREE HUNDRED FIVE (305), ORIGINAL CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AM.MED: AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the west 100 feet of Lots four (4), five (5), and
six (6), Block three hundred four (3C4), Original City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, except the west 32 feet of Lot six (6), and the west 32 feet
of the south 43.5 feet of Lot five (5) thereof, and Lots one (1), two
(2), and three (3), Block three hundred five (305), Original City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, being 513 and 515 Pulaski Street and 1211, 12132
1215, 1217, and 1219 West Sixth Street, heretofore classified and zoned
as "D" Apartment District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420,
is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby declared to
be in "F" Commercial District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of that property described in Section 1,
as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter known
and classified as being in the "F" Commercial District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
