AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR AND PUR-
CHASE ANEW CAR FOR USE IN THE MILK AND DAIRY DIVISION
OF THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK . AT
A TOTAL COST NOT TO EXCEED THE SUM OF FOURTEEN HUNDRED
AND FIFTY DOLLARS ($1450.00), AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE'ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for and purchase
a new car for use in the Milk and Dairy Division of the Health
Department of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, at a total cost
not to exceed the sum of Fourteen Hundred and Fifty Dollars
('3450-00)-
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
