ORDINANCE NO. 9090
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 13 OF ORDINANCE NO. 9006
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, BY ABOLISHING
THE POSITION OF CLERK - STENOGRAPHER IN THE PLANNING
COMMISSION, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the position of Clerk- Stenographer
in the Planning Commission is hereby abolished as of April 1,
1953, by amending Section 13 of Ordinance No. 9006 by striking
out the numeral 19 under the word Range, the number 1 under
Number of Employees, the word Clerk- Stenographer under Classi-
fication and the figures 180.00 under minimum salary and 200.00
under maximum salary.
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect as of April 1, 1953.
