AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 13 OF ORDINANCE NO. 9006
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, BY ABOLISHING THE
POSITION OF PLANNING TECHNICIAN IN THE PLANNING COMMISSION,
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
SECTION 1. That the position of Planning Technician
in the Planning Commission is hereby abolished by amending Section
13 of Ordinance No. 9006 by striking out the numeral 1 under the
Number of Employees, the word Planning Technician under the Job
Classification and the figure 300.00 and the figure 320.00 under
Minimum and Maximum Salary.
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its passage
and approval.
