AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 7265 AS AMENDED
BY ORDINANCE N0. 8553 AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO. 9008,
ESTABLISBING THE SALARY OF THE SECRETARY OF TEE CITY
ATTORNEY'S OFFICE AT TWO HUNDRED AND TEN DOLLARS
($210.00) PER MONTH, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

SECTION 1. That the salary of the Secretary of the
City Attorney is hereby established at the sum of Two Hundred
and Ten Dollars (;210.00) per month.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 7265 as amended by
Ordinance No. 8553 as amended by Ordinance No. 9008 is hereby
amended to conform to the provisions of this ordinance.
SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
ehall be in full force and effect on and after January 1, 1953.
