ORDINANCE NO. 9095
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING A PLOT OF GROUND RUNNING
FORTH AND SOUTH 25 FEET AND FAST AND WEST 110 FEET,
BEING THE SOUTH 25 FEET OF LOTS 10 AND 11, BLOCK 6,
COUNTRY CLUB HEIGHTS ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS,,FOR THE.PURPOSE OF BEING INCLUDED
IN AND COMPRISING THE NORTH PART OF STONEWALL ROAD
AT THIS POINT, WHICH IS DEDICATED BY DEDICATION
DEED FROM WILBUR PAUL GULLEY, JR. , AND JANE
$ARRISON GULLEY, HIS WIFE, UNTO THE CITY OF IXTTLZ
ROCK.FOR USE AS A PUBLIC STREET, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
hereby accepts for use as°a public street a plot of ground
running 25 feet North and South by 110 feet East and iciest,
said ground being described as follows, to -wit:
The South 25 feet of Lots 10 and 11, Block 69 Country
Club Heights Addition to the City of Little Rock, ,Arkansas,
deeded to the City of Little Rock by quit -claim deed from
WlAbur Paul Gulley, Jr., and Jane Harrison Gulley, his wife,
for dedication and use at this point so long as said ground
shall be used for a public street.
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinaAce,
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
