AN ORDINANCE: APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF TWO THOUSAND
FORTY -FOUR DOLLARS AND TIvFNTY -SIX CENTS ($2,044.26)
FOR PAYMENT OF DUES Or' THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK TO
THE ARKANSAS MUNICIPAL LEAGUE, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF' THE CITY OF' LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the sum of Two Thousand Forty-
Four Dollars and Twenty -Six Gents ($2,044.26) is hereby
appropriated for the payment of the dues of the City of Little
Rock to the Arkansas Municipal League for the year beginning
January 1, 1953.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor and the City Clerk are
hereby authorized and directed to issue the City's warrant in
the aforesaid sum to the proper parties for the purpose of
paying the dues of the City of Little Rock to the Arkansas
Municipal League.
SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
.hall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
