AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOTS FIVE (5) AND SIB (6), BLOCK SIB (6)2
LOTS ONE (1), FIVE (5), SIB (6), AND TEN (10), BLOCK EIGHT (8), BUHLERS
TENTH ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCS{, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE
NO. 5420 AS AMENDED: AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. That Lots five (5) and
six

4900 and 4904 Princeton Drive, Lots one
(1),
five (5),

(6),
and ten
(10). Block eight (8), being 4901 and 4917 Princeton Drive and 4900 and
4918 West 18th Street, all in Buhlers Tenth Addition to the City of
Little Reek, Arkansas, heretofore classified and zoned as "B" Residence
District under the terms of.Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned
and reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be in "C" Two - Family
District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are heresy amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the said Lots five (5) and six (6),
Block six (6). Lots one (1), five (5), six (6), and ten (10). Block
eight (8), all in Buhlers Tenth Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas,as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter
known and classified as being in the "C" Two Family District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
