AN ORDINANCE CREATING THE TEMPORARY POSITION OF TRACER
IN THE_PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF.LITTLE.ROCK,
PROVIDING THE SALARY.THEREFOR, AND FOR OTHER.PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS.-..
SECTION 1. The temporary position of Tracer is hereby
created within the Planning Commission of the City of Little Rock.
The position is created on a temporary basis, which shall begin
on January 21, 1953 and terminate on or before May 1, 1953•
SECTION 2. The person chosen to fill the position created
in Section 1 hereof shall be selected by the Civil Service Commission
in the manner provided by law, and shall receive a salary of $200.00
per month.
SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed. Unless the provisions of this ordi-
nance are put into effect immediately, the peace, health, and safety
of the citizens of the City of Little Rock will be adversely affected;
therefore an emergency is hereby declared to exist and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect as of January 21, 1953•
