AN ORDINANCE A PPROPRIATING THE SUM OF EIGHTY DOLLARS
($80.00), OR FORTY DOLLARS ($40.00) PER MAN, FOR TWO
MEN TO ATTEND THE FIRE DEPARTMENT INSTRUCTORS'
CONFERENCE TO BE HELD IN MEMPHIS, TENNESSEE, ON
FEBRUARY 242 25, 26 AND 27, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ATMOSAS :
SECTION 1. The sum of Eighty Dollars (180.00) is
hereby appropriated to defray the expenses, not to exceed the
sum of Forty Dollars (40.00) per man, for two men in attending
the Fire Department Instructors' Conference to be held in Memphis,
Tennessee, on February 24, 25, 26 and 27, 1953•
SECTION 2. The Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby
instructed to pay up to the sum of Forty Dollars ($40.00) each
for two men f rom the Fire Department to attend the Fire Depart-
ment Instructorst Conference. Said men shall present a statement
of their expenses to said City Clerk's office for payment of same
up to the sum of Forty Dollars ($40.00) each.
SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
