AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE BOARD
OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT FOR THE
REPAIR OF ONE H -D 10 ALLIS- CHALIERS TRACTOR IN THE
SANITATION DEPARTMENT, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS
SECTION 1, The Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and directed to advertise for and take bids, as pro-
vided by law, for the repair of one H -D 10 Allis- Chalmers Tractor
in the Sanitation Department. The cost not to exceed 01,000.00
for the repair work and parts.
SECTION 2. All ordinances in conflict are hereby repealed
and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval.
