ORDINANCE NO. 9119
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PART OF THE NEJ, NWJ, NEJ, SECTION 7, TOWNSHIP
1 NORTH, RANG 12 WEST TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED: AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That part of the , Nip}, NF*, Section 7, Township 1
North, Range 12 West to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, more particularly
described as part of the NF,I of the NWJ of the NE-j of section 7, town-
ship 1 north, range 12 west described as beginning at a point 30 feet
south at 109 feet west of the N.E. corner of said N.E, N.W., N.E.; thence
west 180 feet; thence south 280 feet; thence east 180 feet; thence north
280 feet to point of beginning containing 1.15 acres more or less, being
the Southwest corner of 12th and Monroe Drive, heretofore classified and
zoned as "B" Residence District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No.
5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby declared
to be in "F" Commercial District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of that property outlined in Section 1
hereof, said property to be hereafter known and classified as being in
the "F" Commercial District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance ,shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
