AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOT FIVE (5) BLOCK SEVENTEEN (17), RECTORTOWN
ADDITION AND LOT TWO (2), BLOCK FOUR (4% WOODRUFFS ADDITION TO THE CITY
OF LITTLE RACK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED: AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE RACK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Lot five (5), Block seventeen (17), Rectortown
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 815 East Sixth
Street and Lot two (2), Block four (4). Woodruff s Addition to the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 818 East Seventh Street, heretofore
classified and zoned as "C" Two Family District under the terms of
Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the
same is hereby declared to be in "I" Light Industrial District under
the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the said Lot five (5), Block seventeen
(I7), Rectortown Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being
815 East Sixth Street and Lot two (2). Block four (4), Woodruffs Addition
to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 818 East Seventh Street,
as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter known
and classified as being in the "I" Light Industrial District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
