ORDINANCE NO. 9124
AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A FEE OF On DOLLAR ( #1.00) PER
LOT ON ALL SUBDIVISIONS APPROVED BY THE .CITY PLANNING
COMMSSION ; REQUIRING SAID FEE TO. BE PAID . AT THM Ci Y
COLLECTOR'S OFFICE; DECLARING AN EMGENCY TO EXIST, AND
FOR O - PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That prior to the presentation of sub.
division plans to the City Planning Commission for its final
approval, a fee of One Dollar ($1.00) per lot for all lots in
said subdivision shall_ be paid to the City Collector's office.
SECTION 2. That anyone presenting subdivision plans
to the Planning Commission for final approval shall provide
said Planning Commission with the number of the receipt
reflecting payment to said City Collectorts office.
SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
oonfliot herewith are hereby repealed, and because a drain is
resulting on the City General Funds by reason of the necessary
time spent and studies made on said subdivisions by City
employees, and because it is necessary that the General Funds
of the City be not depleted so that the necessary funds can be
obtained therefrom for the preservation of the public health,
peace and safety, an emergency is hereby declared to exist and
this ordinance shall be in full force and effect Immediately
upon its passage and approval.
