AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING VARIOUS SUMS OF MONEY FOR PAYMENTS OF
PRINCIPAL AND SEMI - ANNUAL INTEREST AND PAYING AGENT'S CHARGES DUE
ON VARIOUS CITY OF LITTLE ROCK BOND ISSUES, NND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated out of the various
�__7- funds' of the City of Little Rock the sums of money as herein recited

for payment of the City's obligations on various bond issues due
March 1, 1953 as follows:

SECTION 2. The Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby

authorized to issue the City's warrants on the respective funds and
for the respective amounts herein mentioned; and the City Clerk is
hereby authorized to make such arrangements as are necessary for the

transmittal of these funds to the proper paying agents to meet the due
date.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.
