AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF NINETY -FOUR
DOLLARS AND FIFTY CENTS ($94.50) AS A MONTHLY
ALLOWANCE ON THE OFFICE RENT OF THE CITY ATTORNEY,
PURPOSES . U ..
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the monthly allowance paid by the
City of Little Rock toward the rent of offices occupied by the
City Attorney shall be the sum of Ninety -Four Dollars and
Fifty Cents ($94.50). That the Mayor and City Clerk of the
City of Little Rock are hereby authorized and requested to make
such monthly payments in the sum of Ninety -Four Dollars and
Fifty Cents ($94.50). That said payments shall be made as of
February 1, 1953.
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect as of February 1, 1953•
