AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND PURCHASE
TWO (2) FOUR -WAY BEACON LIGHTS AND TWO (2) MOTOR FLASHING
SWITCHES, FOR USE BY THE POLICE DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL CF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.

to advertise, take bids for, and purchase two (2) four -sway beacon lights
and two (2) motor flashing switches, for use by the police Department of
the City of Little Rock. Said beacon lights to be installed at the inter-
sections of Ninth and Chester Streets, and Fourteenth and Chester Streets.
SECTION 2. The cost of such beacon lights and motor flashing switches
shall not exceed Three Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($350.00).
SECTION 3• All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
