AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING TN:E BOARD
OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TIKE BIDS FOR AND
PURCHASE NINE (9) 12 -VOLT RADIOS AND ONE (1) 6-
VOLT RADIO SET AND THREE (3) HANDI TALKIE, OR
WALKCE- TALKIE, SETS, FOR USE BY TLE FIRE DEPART-
MENT, AND FOR OTHER PURP OSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LI T'2 LE
ROCS,- ARKANSAS:
SECTIOr; 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for and
purchase nine (9) 12 -volt radios and one (1) 6 -volt radio
set and three (3) handitalkie, or'walkie- talkie, sets, for
use by the Fire Department of the /-City of Little Rock.
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and e ffect from and after its passage
and approval.
